Re-Animator Documentation

This is the ever-under-construction and not-changing-regularly-enough documentation section of the Re-Animator website. It currently just contains a few TODO lists and a link to the API documentation that's automatically generated from comments I need to enter in the C++ source code.

Currently the things you can find here are;

There is, of course, a lot of stuff still to be added.
